What's included with my stein?

Your Founder's Edition stein includes exclusive KrampusFest 2025 artwork engraved on the front, numbered bottom (limited to 650), and a FREE personalization engraving on the back (up to 12 characters). Each stein also includes a box and features a premium sleeve and vinyl postcard sticker from Krampus.

When can I pick up my stein?

All pre-orders will be ready for pickup on December 7th, 2025 at KrampusFest. Location: Inside The Plaza Live, enter through the AdventHealth doors to find the Orlando Laser Shop Live Personalization Booth. Hours: 2-9pm. Pre-order customers get expedited pickup!

Are VIP numbers still available?

Numbers #2-251 are reserved exclusively for VIP package holders. Numbers #252-649 are available for pre-order on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I buy more than one?

Yes! Each stein must be purchased individually to ensure proper personalization. Each stein gets its own unique number and personalization.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final and non-refundable. Orders are non-transferable. Once your order is placed, it immediately goes into production to be ready for pickup on December 7th at KrampusFest. We cannot accommodate cancellations or changes after purchase.
